Grand Designs Live 2009 saw the launch of Puro Design's brand new kitchen range in collaboration with Italiana Cucine. The geometric, natural stone kitchens blend the linear with the organic, the past with the future and continue to blur the boundaries of art, sculpture and design.
These kitchens offer the supreme in minimalist aesthetics. Italiana Cucine specialise in stone kitchens, in many different finishes and with exquisite detailing. This heavy material appears to float due to the clever tapering of the edges and with a unique three way runner system, the drawer operation becomes effortlessly light. All kitchen appliances become hidden within the unit or worktop itself, this creates extra work surfaces, convenient for small spaces, but also conceals the kitchen's identity, obscuring the room transition and making it the perfect product for open-plan living. The island becomes a piece of art in its own right.
Grand Designs live also saw the launch of Puro Design's partnership with Futuro Systems our specialist audio and visual team.
